How do I find a certain word in a Microsoft Word Document? - thank you wording programs

I have a Mac, and I have Microsoft Word 2004. I know there is some way we can find a particular word several times in a document. As I say, I want to find the word "the", and then it would highlight all the "la" s in the document. I know it's confusing, but I know you can do it somehow. Please help!

-btw. I do not want to download anything, I want something in the Word program.
